KOBOLD DON Flow Meter容积式流量计产品特点：
l KOBOLD DON Flow Meter椭圆齿轮正排量流量计，测量清洁的高粘度和低粘度液体，例如润滑油/液压油、石油、墨水、柴油、油脂、化学品、溶剂、树脂、糊剂和糖蜜。
l U-Pace电子设备，可通过触摸屏轻松编程，IO-Link功能以及累加、批处理和切换功能。有两个可配置输出和一个大型可重置累加器。温度测量也是集成的，并且还可以进行双向流量测量。
l 重型工业椭圆齿轮设计采用两个精密加工的齿轮，这些齿轮通过流动介质的力转动，每次旋转时，它们允许非常特定的已知体积的液体通过流量计。这些齿轮使DON型流量计能够在很宽的粘度范围内精准测量液体流量，并提供高精度的体积流量测量。
l 由于测量原理提供了真正的体积流量测量，因此DON型流量计也适合波动较大的流量和间歇性流量。即使这些过程变量会导致其他流量计技术类型不兼容，也能保证高精度测量。
l 为了适应比我们的标准DON型椭圆齿轮流量计更高的过程压力，KOBOLD还生产了DON-H型高压椭圆齿轮流量计，为高粘度液体测量提供相同的坚固可靠的服务。
l 具有可选正交输出的双向流量传感
l 电子输出选项：模拟和频率输出、LCD 累加器、批量控制器、U-Pace 电子设备IO-Link和温度测量
l 机械累加器：限1/2"-4"
l 流量范围：0.13-9.5 加仑/小时，40-660 加仑/分钟
l 工作温度：至150度（取决于输出选项）
l 粘度：测量高达1,000,000 cPs 的粘度（带特殊切割齿轮）
l 工作压力：至1450 PSIG（取决于型号）
l 阀体材质：铝、不锈钢
