ArkPlas Luer鲁尔接头产品特点：
l 美国Ark-Plas鲁尔接头(Female Luer×宝塔)，原材料认证，倒钩无分型线，高达125PSI。
l 一端Female Luer鲁尔接口，一端宝塔式倒刺软管接口

Luer鲁尔接头类型：
在需要防漏、耐压的场合，如输送泵、高压管路，优先选择带有Locking或 Threaded的接头。
l Luer通用型：
1) Female Luer母鲁尔口（图6）：内部是符合6%锥度的内孔，带外螺纹或无螺纹，用于接Male Luer公鲁尔口。
2) Male Luer公鲁尔口：通过一个具有6%锥度的锥形尖段插入母头Female Luer来实现密封。
3) Female × Female（图10）：两端均为内锥孔。作为一个中继器，用来连接两个带公头的鲁尔管路或两个注射器，例如在两个注射器之间转移药液。
4) Male × Male：双公头转接器，两端连接母头Female Luer。
5) Female Bulkhead穿板式母接头、隔板式母接头（图7）：母接头外壁带有大螺纹和螺母，用于穿过面板或箱体壁并固定，常作为系统的出入口。
6) Coding Ring and Nut编码环与螺母（图8）：通过不同颜色或形状的环进行视觉标记，配合螺母使用，防止流体管路接错，例如氧气管和吸引管。
7) Coding Ring w/Legs编码环（图8），带定位脚，用于穿板接头防转动和辅助定位。
8) Female Threaded螺纹母接头（图9）：母鲁尔口外缘带有螺纹，专门用于与带锁环的公头紧密连接。
l Lock锁环式：
1) Lock Ring锁环（图5）：一个独立的带螺纹的套环，套在公头上，使其具备锁定功能。
2) Locking Male、或Male with Lock Ring、或MLL（图1）带锁环公头：带有一个可旋转或固定的螺纹环公头，通过螺纹旋转咬合，用于与母鲁尔口的螺纹咬合，即使压力波动也不会崩开，用于高安 全性、防脱落。
3) Locking Male × Locking Male（图1）：双头均带锁紧环，防止两端管路意外脱落。用于高压或关键流体传输。
4) Locking Male × Female（图11）：一端可以旋紧锁死在设备上，另一端接收标准的鲁尔公头，形成标准的公母串联回路，用于管路转接/止回。例如作为管路中间的止回阀，不但能确保流向固定且物理连接稳固。
5) Female × Locking Male（图11）：通常设计为流体从母头进入，通过阀芯后从锁定公头流出。
l Slip滑接式：
1) Slip Male、或Male Slip（图2）：双头均为滑接式公头，圆锥形公头，没有螺纹，不带锁紧环的公头，仅靠锥度摩擦力推入与母头连接，手动推拉即可，用于低压环境中的快速连接插拔和拆卸，例如连接注射器头快速插拔。
2) Locking Male × Slip Male：一端带锁定式用于连接固定设备，一端直插式连接需要频繁更换或取样的软管。
3) Male Slip for Lock Ring（图3），用于锁环的滑接式公头，这种公头本身是滑接式的，但主体设计有特定的台阶或结构，允许额外加装一个Lock Ring将其升级为锁定式。
4) Slip Male × Female、或Female × Slip Male：一端直接插入，一端母头，例如连接注射器的公头。
5) Threaded Male Slip带螺纹滑接式公头（图4）：公头的主体上直接带有整体成型的螺纹，不能旋转，通过旋转整个接头来锁定。
Arkplas接头材质：
l PP——Polypropylene聚丙烯，自然色。优异的耐化学性、耐酸碱。用于通用流体传输、实验室设备、水处理系统。
l Nylon尼龙，白色或自然色。强度高、耐磨性好，在高温下仍能保持较好的机械性能，但耐化学性相对受限，不适用于某些强酸。用于高压工业流体、空气管路、机械强度要求高的场合。
l PC——Polycarbonate聚碳酸酯，透明度高，抗冲击能力强，能在高压下保持尺寸稳定。用于需观察内部流体的医疗监测设备、血液分析。
l Kynar PVDF偏氟乙烯，高性能氟聚合物，优异的耐化学性、耐高温性及高纯度，用于腐蚀性强的液体。用于生物制药、强酸、强碱化学处理。
Arkplas材质合规性：
l Ark-Plas产品材质分为标准材质和高性能医疗级材质，合规性取决于具体的材质类型及其应用等级。
